Large Precision Castings
Robotic manipulation systems enable parts up to 75kg to be produced.
High Tolerance & Fine Surface Finish
Dimensional tolerance of ±0.1mm up to 20mm & surface finish of Ra 3.2µm.

Processes
The tooling options available to customers include aluminium or resin die tooling and silicon tooling. We also offer printed tooling and several printed wax processes which can significantly reduce lead times and tooling costs for small batches. This range of processes means we can provide our customers with great flexibility not only in terms of quantity and lead time, but also tolerance and surface finish.
